1) Eating hard fruits and vegetables

5) Drink lots of water

6) If smoking, quit
Tobacco products (cigarettes, etc.) contain tar that can cause plaque and tartar buildup. Quit smoking as early as possible or start a smoking cessation program so that yo can improve your oral health.
