Vitamin B12 plays an important role in enhancing brain power and can prevent memory loss. The foods that are rich in Vitamin B12 are meats, such as poultry, fish, pork and beef. In vegetarian foods it is available in cereals.

Vitamin C acts as a byproduct in a chain of chemical reactions in the body involving oxygen. It enables communication to the central nervous system through neurotransmitters. Vitamin C improves overall brain performance, the foods rich in Vitamin C are fruits and vegetables including oranges and legumes.

Vitamin E acts as an anti oxidizing agent in the brain and protects the brain and nerve cells from potential damage, it also allows to keep the brain fresh and up to the mark. This vitamin allows blood circulation to certain parts of human brain. The foods rich in Vitamin E are green leafy vegetables, nuts, grains and sweet potatoes.

Vitamins must be associated as much as they are required because they help in maintenance of the brain which keeps the brain fit and healthy and boost the brain power. Vitamins play a major role to maintain a well balanced brain.
