The concerns of the West Virginia Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors are that the legislation is focusing on people other than who are actually abused. They say that around 70 percent of all drug abusers are employed. So, how will it help the government to avoid addiction and abuse issues?

They also raise concerns over the issue that it doesn’t provide any support to treat the people who are tested positive for drug abuse. The bill is also likely to have an adverse affect on children if drug users.
